  1. Measure the lemon juice into a small bowl, and add crushed garlic clove and 1 tsp salt. Crush/mix the garlic/salt/lemon juice and set aside.
Oil Base
  1. Measure oil into a large wooden salad bowl, and stir with a wooden spoon 200 times, or until the oil becomes thick
  2. Mix in the red wine vinegar
  3. Add salt, pepper, ground mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic/lemon juice mixture
  4. Stir until thoroughly mixed
  5. Add egg and parmesan cheese. Thoroughly mixed
Recipe Notes

If making several recipes of the dressing at once, storing in the refrigerator for later use. Store it in a airtight container, such as a mason jar with a lid. The dressing will separate in the refrigerator, so shake it vigorously to remix it before use. And if you are making extra dressing for later use, then olive oil is really not recommended for the dressing; it not only separates, but becomes thick and gooey, and will not remix easily when cold.
